Everything was exceptional, the apartment was brilliant! Our staff were pleasant, especially Antonio the Manager. The room was warm with comfy beds, we really enjoyed the stay. The bathroom included a hair dryer, a bidet, and bath sheets.

This apartment was a brilliant place to stay. It was located in a fabulous area so close to Lanzarote for over 20 years as well as all shops, I felt very welcome; would definitely go back.

Thoroughly enjoyed pretty much everything, no complaint. It was located in a lively area right at the waters edge with sun all day. Stayed 7 nights and didn't feel like leaving.

The setting was great. There was a fine bathroom with a bidet, great after a long day. Everything was exceptional and I got ironing for free. The staff was pleasant and welcoming, I truly enjoyed that.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Puerto del Carmen for a week-long vacation. The studio on the 1st floor offered breathtaking seaside views and a peaceful atmosphere with only the soothing sound of waves. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with amenities such as free Wi-Fi and foreign TV channels. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal as it was situated close to a lively area and provided free parking options. The staff was friendly and always willing to offer recommendations for restaurants and activities. it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely go back.

Fab location, good facilities such as a microwave, an individual safe and an iron, great value. Upgraded bathroom with a bath. Nearby Los Aljibes - best spot for evening drinks.

Had fantastic stay with late check-out, the bedroom was twin. It had private bathroom which was upgraded.

Came in Puerto del Carmen to explore new places, this apartment was great base for making it happen. Staff of our accommodation was amicable and pleasant. Such touches as a multi-channel television, a dining area and a seating area were useful. Bathroom was upgraded as was a bidet. We could see ocean from our window.

The most important was incredible and perfect location. The apartment was warm complete with great views as well as the bedroom. Friendly efficient staff and host, they treated us like family.
